How about this. Note the blank between the commit log entry and the (now 
correctly formatted) bug field. Also added 'do_debug="Yes"' to 
debian/binary-custom.d/lpia/vars so that debian/control information is 
generated that includes the package definition for 
linux-image-debug-2.6.24-24-lpia.

Steve - after this patch is applied, be sure to regenerate 
debian/control lest the build not complete.
