The code looks fine, though I have to say I'm slightly surprised that 
the hardware doesn't cut the power anyway. The only comment I have is 
that if the driver hooked into rfkill correctly the kernel would handle 
the state restoration on resume without needing code in the driver to do 
this, so there's some cost to having the disparate interface.
