[PATCH 1/1] UBUNTU: Increase the CONFIG_BLK_DEV_RAM_SIZE to 8192 on i.MX51

4096 is too small for our Ubuntu distribution running on i.MX51 hardware
platform. Increasing it to 8192 for initramfs usage.
