 Ah thanks, this looks awfully to the root cause of the slowdowns we are
 seeing Neil, Paul and myself on EeePCs with intel graphics; I'd be
 happy to test a kernel with the patch if it can help including it for
 jaunty.  (This affects UNR on EeePCs seriously.)
