[PATCH 0/1] LP#323829 -- add a conextant modem model

Seems we are missing a modem model or two from teh conextant driver.
This patch adds the one for the Conexant USB MODEM RD02-D400.  This has
been tested by an owner of the hardware.

Proposing this for Intrepid SRU, and for Jaunty and Karmic.
