Bug 285834: request for cherry-pick from sound-2.6.git

Hello all,

I would like to ask for consideration of including one audio quirk from 
upstream sound-2.6.git tree. This will make headphone/mic jack working on 
Lenovo X200/X200S UltraBase docking station. Patch was tested on current 
jaunty kernel and is confirmed to work.
Details are explained in the bug [1].

Note: patch from sound-2.6.git [2] can be applied to current Jaunty Git tree 
if you remove the part of patch regarding Documentation/sound/alsa/HD-Audio-
Models.txt - this file does not exist in 2.6.28 kernel.
