Though it looks kind of huge at the first glance, most of the changes are just
renaming the defines. ACK
Note: We were asked to have a Hardy fix as well. I declined for the kernel but
offered a lbm update. No response to this. We could add a Hardy SRU for LBM, if
there would be positive feedback.
