[PATCH] LIRC_PVR150: depends on VIDEO_IVTV

Hi Andy,

I know this sounds like overkill, but could you open a launchpad bug report for 
this (and the other config skew you found) and send us the number? Jaunty nears 
its release and it sounds both are usefull for Intrepid as well which requires 
the SRU process. It will help us to better track the changes.
