[PATCH 0/1] [Intrepid SRU] LP#288281 -- forcedeth resume fix

The following patch fixes resume of network devices using the forcedeth
driver.  Without this fix they will not resume correctly.  This has been
tested by several affected users to good effect.

This fix is currently making its way upstream via the net-next tree and
is expected to be in 2.6.30.  I am not sure the upstream commit id is
stable yet.

Proposing for Intrepid SRU.
