Recommended Bug List from the QA Team

Hi All,

As usual, here's an updated bug list for the week:

Of the 11 bugs added last week, 1 was Fix Released, 2 are Fix Committed,
4 are In Progress, and 4 remain Triaged.  I've added 15 new bugs to the
list this week, some of which look to already be in progress.  I also
added bugs tagged regression-proposed to the list of possible
regressions which explains the slight increase in noted regressions, now
at 21. The Carried Forward section is currently at 76 bugs, up 4 from
last week.  The In Progress section is at 78 bugs, up 3 from last week.
The number of Fixed bugs is now at 78, up 8 from last week.
