[PATCH 0/1] [Intrepid SRU] LP#193970 -- iwl2945 kill switch

This patch is a pull back of the recent patch from Intel to the iwl2945
driver to make the rfkill switch work if the machine is booted when the
switch is turned on.  Testing by affected users has been positive both
on the Jaunty port (already committed) and on this Intrepid version.

Therefore am proposing we SRU this into Intrepid.
