[PATCH 0/1] [Intrepid SRU, Jaunty] LP#288385 HP boot panics

When an HP system has 'Fan on when on AC' set in the BIOS it will panic in
early boot.  This is due to an overly permissive check designed to match
an ASUS system.  This patch tightens up the checks to prevent that.  This
fix is upstream though in a different form.

This has been tested by the owners of the affected machine.  Proposing for
SRU to Intrepid and for application to Jaunty.
