Applied.

Note that I adjusted the leader a little.  We only need one of the Bug:
and BugLink: entries and prefer the latter.  I shortened the reference
to the bug in the text to just LP#NNNN.  Also its cleanest to use the
shortest valid form of the bug link as that tracks the bug which ever
package it ends up assigned to:
