[Jaunty] [SRU] Fix Soltech TA12 volume hotkeys not sending key release in Jaunty

SRU Justification:

Impact: Netbooks based on the Soltech TA12 do not send a key release
for volume keys causing Linux to think the key is constantly being
pressed forever. LP #397499

Fix: Attached is a patch that forces a key release when volume keys
are pressed.

Testcase: After booting with the patch applied, when volume key is press
a key release will be sent so the volume keys can work as expected.
