[Jaunty] patch for saa7127: fix broken S-Video on some PVR350 cards

I get the feeling that my posting is totally ignored here. 

I thought it would be a good idea to report the problem here. The PVR350 is 
used by many mythtv users, so I guess a lot of users will have problems with 
the bug.
