[PATCH 0/3] UBUNTU: [Upstream] sched: Introduce SCHED_RESET_ON_FORK scheduling policy flag

From what I have been able to find out from the upstream authors of these patches, there is not yet a clear schedule as to whether they will land for kernel 2.6.32. These patches are already in the fedora kernel, and allow pulseaudio to gain realtime privileges in a sane way. The userspace porshion for these patches, rtkit, has been approved for main inclusion.
