[PATCH] UBUNTU: sms1xxx: identify "Dell Digital TV Receiver" devices correctly

The firmware was provided to Canonical with proper licensing and was
included with the Hardy-netbook image.

It is up to the Canonical folks to carry those firmware images forward
into their futrure releases.
