Hello Marko,

Questions of this nature might be better directed to the linux-media
mailing list, since that is where the engineers who wrote that support
lurk.  You should include the USB id of the device, since there are
numerous Dell devices and we would want to be sure which *you* are
using.

That said, the support is in there, so it's probably just a question
of which version of Ubuntu you are running in terms of whether it made
it into that particular kernel.  If not, installing the latest v4l-dvb
source is pretty straightforward:
