[PATCH 0/1] [HARDY SRU] LP#406419 -- usb device detection regression

Following a resent -updates kernel we are not correctly detecting newly
inserted USB devices, requiring a manual rescan to detect them.  This is
related to the changes under the commit below:

    UBUNTU: USB: EHCI: add separate IAA watchdog timer

The following upstream patch has been tested to fix this regression.

Proposing for SRU to hardy.  Pull request below.
