Recommended Bug List from the QA Team

Hi Guys,

Here's the updated bug list for the week [1].  I've added 11 new bugs to
the list.  No new regressions were added.  Currently, the Carried
Forward section is at 92 bugs (down 7), the In Progress section is at 94
bugs (down 2), and the Fixed section is at 129 bugs (up 9).  Of the 16
bugs added last time, the stats are as follows:

1 Invalid
1 Fix Committed
5 In Progress
2 Incomplete
7 Triaged
