Yes. Linux no longer responds to _OSI("Linux") queries.

Got a bug report?

This is why the patch was removed. It's unhelpful for Linux to be 
anything other than completely compatible with the Microsoft 
implementation, so if people are using their own DSDTs we're less likely 
to get the actual bugs fixed.
