Recommended Bug List from the QA Team

Hi Guys,

Here's the updated bug list for the week [1].  I've added 17 new bugs to
the list.  Of the 17 new bugs, 4 are regression-potential bugs, 1 is a
regression-update bug and 1 is a regression-release bug.  Currently, the
Carried Forward section is at 99 bugs (same as last time), the In
Progress section is at 96 bugs (up 2), and the Fixed section is at 120
bugs (up 10).  Of the 15 bugs added last time, the stats are as follows:

3 Fix Released
1 In Progress
1 Incomplete
10 Triaged
