Recommended Bug List from the QA Team

Hi Guys,

I've been tracking a growing list of possible Jaunty SRU candidates.  I
figured I'd go ahead an push them in the form of an updated bug list for
you guys to get a head start on Jaunty SRU's.  The majority are actually
upstream cherry-picks.

Also once Jaunty officially releases on Thursday I'll try to get you
guys a nice summary of the final state of the bugs which made the list
for the Jaunty cycle.
