ACK - though its worth pointing out in public that I much prefer
individual commits rather then one combined patch. 'UBUNTU: sms1xxx:
define default_mode per device in struct sms_board' and 'UBUNTU:
sms1xxx: enable support for Dell Digital TV Receiver ISDB-T MiniCard'
should have been commited separately.

Also note that your git-pull request likely used the wrong starting SHA1
ID since it missed 'UBUNTU: Updated DVB firmware for  sms1xx DVB tuner
driver' in the summary, but I'm sure Steve will pull it as well.

Steve - you probably ought to swap the order of these 2 commits such
that the firmware files are created first.
