[PATCH 0/1] [Intrepid] LP#337929 -- fix LBM handling of ieee80211_regdom

We have been seeing panics with Intrepid and Jaunty LBM when
ieee80211_regdom is specified.  This was fixed via a wireless update in
Jaunty, but this is not appropriate in Intrepid.  The following patch
avoids these panics in the Intrepid code base.  Has been tested and
reported good by the reporter.

Proposing for SRU to Intrepid.
