HW enablement (display) for Intel G45 motherboards

Bug 285572 contains a patch to enable G45 motherboards to be able to run X.

Patch is attached and IMO is restricted to a fairly small subset of
the boards out there (G4x). It requires a corresponding fix to the
Intel X driver that Bryce has already agreed to pull and is linked to
in the bug report below.
