Recommended Bug List from the QA Team

Hi All,

With a larger focus on bug fixing during the Jaunty development cycle it
was discussed that it would be a good idea for me to start sending an
updated bug list.

You'll notice I've added 35 bugs which is much larger than normal.  I
typically won't post this many.  Additionally, some improvements have
been made to the bug list page.  There is now a column which displays a
bug's milestone/nomination.  Also, the list now sorts the bugs first by
Importance and then by Status.  I've also renamed the page to a generic
name rather than it being release specific.  I've contemplated on
clearing out the Fixed Bugs section since we're starting a new cycle,
but for now I've left it as is.
