Intrepid stable updates

The stable update series 2.6.27.3 and 2.6.27.4 are being tracked in the
following 2 Launchpad reports:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/294155

Within these reports you can find the list of commits applied from each
series. I've built and tested on 6 laptops and 3 desktops without
noticing any regressions. Those that could suspend/resume with the
released kernel continued to be able to do so with this updated kernel.

I think there is enough material between the stable updates and other
SRUs that a kernel upload is in order, probably later this evening
(where evening is in the US Mountain timezone).
