It is a good thing to use a full open source driver, but unfortunately the
iwl3945 driver is not as mature as ipw3945. iwl3945 does not work with my
university network which uses 802.11 authentication. I am not the only
person that still prefers the ipw3945 driver. Thanks for the patch, it
allowed me to compile ipw3945 on Ubuntu Hardy.
