Recommended Buglist from the QA Team

Here is the list of kernel bug candidates for the week:

The list is another long one.  However, many of the bugs on the list
already have patches available and just need to be pulled in.  I'd also
like to specifically point out bug 197929 since it is a noted regression
from a patch that was applied.
