ABI-bump upload of linux-restricted-modules

Hi,

I took the liberty of uploading an ABI bump of linux-restricted-modules,
so that we'll stand some chance of having working CDs with 2.6.26-3 by
the time I start work on Monday morning and thus a hope of getting Alpha
2 done by Thursday. Pull request follows.
