Updated quirk for machines using STAC_DELL_BIOS

Tim,

I've got an update for the existing quirk that is in place that resolves
the issue we discussed last week regarding the Surround and Front mixers
being swapped on the SigmaTel STAC9228.  I've also submitted this
upstream to the ALSA bug tracker.  The different trackers are all
summarized in the bug that is open regarding this issue.
