[PATCH 1/3] [Jaunty] DRM / VIA_CHROME9 - Make file, Kconfig

To whom it may concern:
This patch contains the modification on the make files and the
Kconfig file. It includes the source files to be compiled for generating
the DRM kernel module for VIA Chrome9 GFX family.
