Tentatively I would ACK this (with the slight change of removing the SAUCE 
category because this is a backport fro upstream). However this feels somewhat 
like a corner case. It is slightly bigger than small (though distinct enough so 
I don't see much area for regression of other hw) and not a major bug like an 
Oops or panic.
So in short I would ACK but I usually tend to be more liberal there. Tim your 
opinion there?
