Bruce - Intrepid has been carrying the VIA Chrome 9 driver in the
ubuntu/via_chrome9 directory. If you would, please clone the Intrepid
repository and submit a patch that applies against Intrepid 2.6.27 and
replaces or updates the code in the ubuntu/via_chrome9 directory:

git://kernel.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ubuntu-intrepid.git
