After some discussions on IRC it was decided that as blacklisting this
module worked the most flexible solution was to blacklist amd76x_edac
instead of disabling the module.  This allows people who really have a
use for the module to gain access to it, while still protecting Hardy
users.

Below is a debdiff against module-init-tools to add this blacklist.
