+1 from me. Will we need to bug an archive admin to eventually delete
the -ub named packages?
Can we absolutely depend on 'ifneq ($(wildcard /CurrentlyBuilding),)' on
the buildd? To date, we've depended on it existing for nothing other
then determining concurrency level, which is benign.
