aufs patches [1/6]

Hello,

I'm submitting a series of patches for aufs, as discussed with Benc.
These patches sync the ubuntu tree with upstream to add back some
missing source files, e.g. to add support for NFS branches. [1/6] The
patch is based on aufs from 20080602 instead of current HEAD because
20080602 is closer to the version we've had before.

This is the first time I'm working with git - I'm sure you'll let me
know if I do something wrong :)
