Some updates to the Hardy git

Hi all,

in order to respin the -20 proposed kerne I had to make some tweaks to the
Hardy repo. This might require a forced checkout to get to the latest head.

I also created a hardy-security.git which is at the -19.37 head and will be
used for the next security upload(s) until we get -proposed moved to -updates.
