[PATCH 0/3] Boot and application prefetching

This is re-submission of kernel patches developed during "Application
and boot prefetching" Ubuntu project in Google Summer of Code.

This prefetching  implementation speeds up boot and application start
about 10% and adapts to changes in the system.

This patch set consists of 3 patches:
prefetch-core - core tracing and prefetching functionality used by boot
and application prefetching
prefetch-boot - boot prefetching support
prefetch-app - application prefetching support

The all-in-one patch is available at:

To enable prefetching userspace support package is necessary (see
project page for deb source).
