Changes to build system

Hi Tim/Kyle,

I pushed some patches that make changes to how patches are applied to
-rt and -xen flavours, and converts UME to be a custom build as well.

So -ume is now built using 'fakeroot debian/rules custom-binary-ume'.
I am not sure if this requires changes to the way buildd calls for
-ume to be built.

Also, -ume now has 3 new modules related to thermal ACPI patches. But
since it is now a custom build, I don't think we track the modules. Am
I right?

I will post a patch ripping out -ume from the traditional build system shortly.

Regards,
Amit
