Fix ivtv-fb segfaults

Hi,

As some users have pointed out in the forums
(http://ubuntuforums.org/showpost.php?p=3514752&postcount=12) and on bug 147886
(https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-ubuntu-modules-2.6.22/+bug/147886),
ivtv-fb is still not functional at this point.

I'm attaching the fixed patch to allow it to be modprobed without a segfault.
Is it possible to get this into a lum upload between rc and final?  If not, can
this be done via a kernel lum sru?
