Adding truecrypt kernel module

Hello,

I was considering creating another patch for linux-ubuntu-modules to create
Truecrypt 4.3a's kernel module.  Unfortunately, I'm not positive that the
license would be compatible, so I wanted to query the opinion of the kernel
team before attempting to do this.
