Weekly recommended bug list from the QA team

Hi,

Leann and I have started work on a regular report system to track good
candidates for fixes in the development release kernels.

Leann will update the list weekly as new candidates appear and notify
this list. These bugs will generally be in the triaged state so they
should be ready to work on and many will also have patches available.
Some of these will be high profile bugs, but often they will simply be
easy-fix targets. See this weeks list here:
http://people.ubuntu.com/~ogasawara/hardy-buglist.html

We expect to add 10-12 bugs to the list each week. Unresolved bugs will
be carried over on the next week's list or moved to a back log list,
depending on their importance. New bugs on the list will usually have
been assigned to the ubuntu-kernel-team as part of the triage process
and we ask that the kernel team re-assign these to individual developers.

Suggestions for the list format is welcome. We are considering sorting
by importance, adding some colour coding and a Fixed Released (and
Comitted) section to better track our progress.

Henrik
