Re-add _GTM and _STM support

Matthew Garrett mjg59 at srcf.ucam.org
Tue Aug 28 19:27:49 UTC 2007

Add _GTM and _STM support to libata-acpi and the suspend/resume
pathway. Minor mismerge in the previous diff - please use this one
instead.
