[PATCH] Fix another paravirt bug for Feisty

I sent out my last bugfix too hastily; it seems it introduced a bug of 
its own, which I didn't discover because my test environment was at the 
time unstable under SMP (badly out of sync TSCs on AMD hardware), so I 
only did UP testing.

Note this isn't required for Gutsy, since mainline code has improved 
since Feisty was branched and the interrupt enable / disable hack is no 
longer required.
