more hppa fixes

With a bit more pain, I now have hppa actually building the kernel.

The diff below is the simplest way to get it there, I expect.
Alternatively, the master branch on lamont/hppa-ia64.git has all of this
(and renames 2.6.22-9.24 to 2.6.22-9.25 - sorry)

Please include this patch for 2.6.22-9.26.
