include piix driver in lpia

Amit,
Currently, the lpia configuration does not enable CONFIG_BLK_DEV_PIIX,
it is causing slow disk access on Crown Beach board. The Poulsbo
specific change is in the piix driver, without it generic ide driver is
used which only supports PIO mode.

Can you enable this in the LPIA kernel config?
