[PATCH] Intel's SDIO support -- MMC-SD-SDIO (MSS)

Amit,

This is our current patch that supports SDIO on Menlow MID platforms. As
I stated in our meeting, this patch is far from ideal and won't be
acceptable upstream. It was written as a replacement for the current MMC
stack that is in the kernel. Development on this patch has stopped and
instead we are focusing our efforts on working with Pierre Ossman to get
his new SDIO implementation working with Menlow.
