[PATCH] UBUNTU: Initialize the Broadcom USB Bluetooth device in Dell laptops.

Phillip,

This one is difficult to fully test, but I was able to observe changes
in behavior between the original module and the patched module by using
my cell phone bluetooth search feature. Before the patch my cellphone
could not find any bluetooth devices, after the patch it could. Both
tests were run from a cold boot.

I've also copied the developers listed in the source code.
